Each reservation must be guaranteed with 30% deposit of the total Room stay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and the expiration date or by bank transfer. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30-15 days before arrival: 30% of total price
- 15 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of total price
- 7 days before arrival or no show: 100% of total price
Local tax: 1,50 € / night is to be added to the price
